Privacy notice
This notice explains how information submitted through the workflow review form is used. It should be reviewed against the laws of the target market before public launch.
Information collected
The form may collect your name, work email, optional company name, selected workflow category, workflow description, optional symptoms, tools and estimated monthly hours.
How it is used
- Review the workflow you submit and prepare practical suggestions.
- Contact you about missing information and send the review response.
- Measure landing-page and advertising performance.
- Send marketing insights only when separate optional consent is provided.
Service providers
Vercel may process web requests and hosting data. Resend may process form-delivery email. Google Analytics and Google Ads may process measurement data when configured. Their actual configuration must be verified before launch.
Retention and sharing
Information should be retained only as long as needed to assess the request, deliver any agreed service, meet legal obligations and maintain defensible business records. It is not sold. It may be shared with service providers acting on our behalf or where legally required.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Marketing consent is optional and can be withdrawn without affecting an audit request.
Contact
The public privacy contact email must be added before launch. Until then, use the audit form and write “privacy request” in the workflow description.
